My Story

Muraly didn’t just grow up between cultures. He built a life and career through them.

He was born in the UK and lived there until he was seven when I moved to Canada.

Since starting his career, Muraly has built businesses in Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, England, Canada, UAE and Kenya.

He has seen the world through multiple lenses—and learned how to lead through them all.

In 2014, Muraly acquired Computek College and scaled it 20x in 10 years.

In 2017, Muraly co-founded 369 Global to activate global talent and transform international training.

In 2024, Muraly created 3 magazine and the Third Culture Leaders podcast to celebrate cross-cultural brilliance.

In 2025, Muraly was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal for my work advancing education in Canada.

What others say about Muraly

Since signing the memorandum of understanding in 2024, Universitas Advent Indonesia has been closely working with 369 Global to explore opportunities in continuing education, postgraduate certification, micro-credentials, and English language training for our students. We have benefitted enormously from discussions with their international business division and a visit to our university on the sidelines of the recent Team Canada Trade Mission to Indonesia. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Muraly Srinarayanathas and his team to co-design vocational training solutions that ultimately strengthen global talent mobility for young Indonesians.
