Immigrants are a core part of the Canadian economy. They need to be given better direction and access to career opportunities that match their credentials so that they can contribute more to the economy. In addition, the Canadian government should work to attract immigrants to smaller cities where opportunities are ample. I recently sat down with TheFutureEconmy.ca to look at how we can empower immigrants in Canada and what we are doing at Computek College by getting them job-ready for the Canadian labour market.
